Hello Jesse Wharton Community:
My name is James Battle Jr. I am the interim principal for the remainder of the 2010- 2011 school year. It is my privilege to serve this outstanding school and community. My goal is to provide support to the children, faculty, staff and parents for this important time of the school year.
I come to Jesse Wharton with thirty-three years as a teacher, counselor, assistant principal, and principal in the Guilford County School system. My other experiences include working at the university level for 8 years. I look forward to being a part of this learning community.
